12 WAYS TO HELP PREVENT WRINKLES

1. Drink Water: 6-8 glasses per day to keep the skin hydrated
Me: Hmm rasa2nya capai kot kalau kat tempat kerja..tapi kalau kat rumah aiseh!sikit kurengla..

2. Wear Sunscreen daily: moisturize daily with an SPF 15 or higher to protect the skin
Me: OK tapi malam kadang pakai kadang tak...

3. Wear Protective Clothing: wide brimmed hats and sunglasses when in the sun to protect skin and eyes. Sunglasses will also reduce squinting that causes wrinkles.
Me: Sunglasses! Yeay! Betul kata Miz_eda..pakai sunglasses membantu yeah!;)

4. Avoid sun: do not sunbathe, or if you must, then avoid exposure between 10am and 3pm
Me: Aku tak terdedah pada panas kot...kecuali sesekali...

5. Avoid drastic weight change: losing too much weight too fast can result in sagging skin
Me: Yang ini dari mengandung kepada bersalin ajer kot...

6. Cleanse regularly: wash face twice a day, morning and evening to maintain healthy skin
Me: Alamak yang ni lomah sikit...aku selalu skip cuci muka..malas punya pasal...patutla....:P

7. Exercise Regularly: increases muscle tone and keeps the whole body healthy
Me: Aku baru nak start yang ni!!yey yey!hopefully berkesan!:)

8. Eat Healthy: especially foods high in anti-oxidants (see link below)
Me: Anti-oxidants? Iklan Nescafe Maya Karin tu ada anti-oksida??Tapi takut lak cik B mengecut weih..kahkahkah!!

9. Take Vitamins: multi-vitamins, especially vitamins A, C and E
Me: Hmm..belum ambil secara konsisten....

10. Limit Alcohol intake: alcohol can dehydrate the skin causing wrinkles
Me: Checked, In fact tak amik pun...

11. Avoid Smoking: besides being carcinogenic, smoking ages the skin prematurely
Me: Checked

12. Sleep: Get plenty of rest and sleep on your back
Me: Yang ni payah sikit kot...tunggu Sufia besar kot..:P

whoaaa... smoking and alcohol je passed! ahahah yg lenlain tu memang aku tak buat pun lgsg2... patutle rase tua semacam... maka harus azam baru lepas bersalin nnt.. yeke? tungguu.. hahah kot mase tu berkobar lagi ke tidak tak tau laa.. ;P

aduhai..siti kalau bab nak pakai bnda2 alah kat muka time mlm, kena tunggu time hubby keje mlm je...kalau kene siang, nanti dia mesti tanya, "yang, kalau pakai cream tu, nanti kalau nak gitu2, terasa kat lidah tak?:..ish....spoil je...

huhu mimi, ku pun geram juga tau tadi tetiba teringat posting mimi psl kdut tu. Tadi pg survey garga nak amik gmbr konvo, sekali sorang tokey ni ckp dia blh make-up kan gmbr tu kasi hilang semua hitam bwh mata, itu jerawat. Boleh tak dia terang-terangan komenkan muka ku? huhu..

mimi, moisturizer amatlah penting apabila umur sudah meningkat dan keadaan matahari di mesia yg begitu terik ni...kulit senang terbakar...tambah2 kulit yg kureng terang cam kiter ni...hehehhe...bertambah kelabu jadinyer...huhuuhh
